Hello all, I'm Rob Normal, lead guitarist of The Normals. I've been playing guitar since i was just 13, which is a bloody long time ago, and have played in a handful of two-bit bands over the years, including The Bumfluff Knomes, The Crucial Fresh Posse, and R.I.A.D., the last one was probably the best, a Scottish based band, we had CDs and everything, true story.

Anyway, had a couple of years off playing the guitar, then went to School of Rock in Guildford (ACM.ac.uk) to re-learn how to rawk out again, and shortly after joined the Normals via some website where Pete Normal got in touch. And that was a year ago, and I've happily twanging my twanger as part of the Normals ever since!
